W.F. ''Casey'' Ebsary, Jr., Board Certified Criminal Trial Lawyer stated, "he would rather have a judge rule on a traffic ticket than a civil hearing officer. The rules and regulations governing Florida's roads fill a book an inch and a half thick, which gives a level of protection and procedure, he said.
'The only thing an inch and a half thick (with civil violations) are tickets and checks to pay tickets."'
