Now the Florida Department of Transportation is awarding a Harley Davidson motorcycle to top producers in issuing traffic citations. Details are here. According to the government, "This competition provides opportunities for public recognition of exemplary motor unit traffic programs, incentives for continuing activities, and documentation of unit effectiveness." The prize: "one Grand Prize Winner receives a fully equipped Harley Davidson motorcycle."
